Neatly

2022

Neatly is a Dubai-based organising company with a brand identity that embodies minimalism, clarity, and precision.

My approach centred on creating a clean visual system reflecting Neatly’s simplicity, efficiency, and calm core values. We crafted a refined logo and selected a muted, neutral colour palette paired with contemporary sans-serif typography to convey a sense of order and sophistication.

The design system ensures visual harmony across all brand touchpoints, from digital platforms to printed materials, helping Neatly stand out as a trusted and stylish solution for organisations in Dubai’s fast-paced lifestyle.

Building a system that laid the foundation for Neatly’s elegant new identity, elevating decluttering to the next level

Neatly’s mission to bring order and simplicity into people’s lives had to be clearly reflected in its brand identity. Every design choice—from the typography and color palette to the intentional use of white space—was carefully crafted to create a sense of balance and harmony.

The result is a visual language that breathes new life into every home, supporting those who seek clarity, organization, and peace in their everyday spaces.

UX/UI Design

As part of Neatly’s brand identity, we designed a website that reflects the same minimal and organise aesthetic, creating a seamless and immersive extension of the brand.

We focused on leveraging white space to bring a sense of calm and clarity to the user experience, allowing every element to breathe and hold meaning.

Carefully chosen typography plays a central role—elegant, clean, and modern, it guides users effortlessly through the site while reinforcing Neatly’s refined and approachable personality.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to welcome clients into Neatly’s world—a space where organisations feels inspiring, intentional, and beautifully simple. The result is a digital experience that not only looks polished but also captures the essence of Neatly’s promise.
